Zoila Balderas Guzm\u00e1n, realiz\u00f3 en coordinaci\u00f3n con el IVEA, la reuni\u00f3n para ejecutar el Plan de Alfabetizaci\u00f3n Municipal, con el que se espera disminuir el \u00edndice de analfabetismo en Nanchital. En la reuni\u00f3n participaron fuerzas vivas del municipio y los agentes municipales de las congregaciones de Nanchital, quienes se comprometieron a realizar un diagn\u00f3stico para identificar a las personas que no saben leer ni escribir y poder ayudarlas en ese proceso. \u201cEl motivo de esta reuni\u00f3n es el de poner en marcha la campa\u00f1a Aprendo a leer y escribir, como parte del Programa Sectorial Veracruzano de Educaci\u00f3n que ejecuta desde el 5 de agosto el Gobierno Estatal por instrucciones del Ing.
